Le Coach Fitness is an independent local gym serving Cambridge, Milton and surrounding areas aimed at people who are serious about achieving their fitness and body transformation goals.
Run by Nathaniel Goldstein, a regular competitor in drug free body building events, Le Coach Fitness has a unique mix of exceptional Old School and New School equipment and some of the best Personal Trainers.
Our goal is to create a friendly, informal and inclusive training environment that attracts a wide range of members. We have a growing loyal membership, from new mums to pro-card holding bodybuilders.

Gym Rules
We want everyone to be able to enjoy their workout in a safe environment. Therefore, we ask all of our members to abide by these 10 simple rules in the gym.
Do not drop weights
Replace all equipment after use

Use bumper plates for Olympic Lifts
